Over-the-Counter (OTC) & Medical Expense Wallet
You should have received two cards:
Member ID Card
Extra Benefits Card (Medical Expense Wallet/OTC Card)
This Extra Benefits Card is used:
To purchase OTC items in person at stand-alone CVS stores(CVS pharmacies inside Target do not qualify)
To pay for approved out-of-pocket medical expenses, if your plan includes a Medical Expense Wallet
If you did not receive your card, please call Member Services to confirm when it was mailed.
OTC & Medical Expense Wallet amounts by plan:
Signature Fit ($0 premium): $45 OTC quarterly / No Medical Expense Wallet
Signature ($0 premium): $60 OTC quarterly / $150 Medical Expense Wallet quarterly
Enhanced ($47 premium): $60 OTC quarterly / $200 Medical Expense Wallet quarterly
Grand ($87 premium): $50 OTC quarterly / No Medical Expense Wallet
Grand Extra ($154 premium): $50 OTC quarterly / No Medical Expense Wallet
Eagle ($0 premium): $90 OTC quarterly / No Medical Expense Wallet
Mail-Order Prescriptions (CVS Caremark)
You can have eligible prescriptions delivered directly to your home through CVS Caremark
Mail Service. To get started, you may:
Ask your doctor to send an electronic prescription
Call CVS Caremark at 1-833-620-8809.
SilverSneakers Fitness Membership
Your plan includes a SilverSneakers® membership at no additional cost. This gives you access to:
Local gyms and fitness locations
Live and on-demand online classes
To register, visit the SilverSneakers website and click “Check Eligibility.” Once registered, you’ll receive your membership number and can explore available classes.
Find an In-Network Provider
Using in-network providers is essential to avoid unexpected bills and maximize your benefits. You can search for providers using the Allina Health Aetna Medicare Tool:
Search as a Guest, or
Log in as a Member for a personalized experience

Member Portal Access
Manage your plan online by creating a Member Portal account. From the portal, you can:
View benefits
Track claims
Manage your account
Select “Create an Account” to get started on the Allina Health Aetna Member site.
Dental & Vision Benefits
Dental
In-network dental services are covered at 100% until your plan limit
Out-of-network coverage:
Signature Fit: 50% of reasonable & customary, up to $2,050
Grand: 50% of reasonable & customary, up to $1,750
Enhanced: 80% of reasonable & customary, up to $1,500
Vision
All vision benefits are administered through the EyeMed network
